History

Bullet I-History

The history of "Bullet" goes across five generations of men since the 19th century.

The title of "Bullet" is a special secret title given by the President of the United States, to the first-born heirs of the Langley family after an incredible chain of events that happened during World War I culminating in saving President Woodrow Wilson's life.

Born in 1892, John Langley was the son of a British immigrant from Canada who started designing ammunition in the back of his father's barn in Buffalo, New York.  In 1917. His father worked feverishly and brought his "Langley Munitions" brand from nothing into one of the top sellers in all of Buffalo, New York.

As the United States entered into World War I (The Great War), President Woodrow Wilson was to visit Buffalo to promote the United States' involvement in the war.  There, however, a very shady and disturbed millionaire wanted Wilson dead.

At this time, John Langley's father had fallen ill, leaving the day-to-day operations of ammunition manufacturing to his son John, aged 24. John was a veritable genius in custom designs, branching out his father's business into unique ammunition manufacturing and specialty made weapons and guns, all selling throughout the United States rather than just Buffalo.

The previously mentioned disturbed millionaire had asked for a special round of ammunition to be made that would 'explode' in a split second delay with the target, thus blowing up the target from the inside.  John didn't think much about what the ammunition would be used for and agreed to do so for an 'appropriate' price.

As the millionaire was leaving, the millionaire dropped some papers from his pocket. John picked them up and as he was running to return them to the millionaire, he spied an elaborate plot to kill President Wilson using the aforementioned unique ammunition.  Unsure what to do, he stopped chasing the millionaire and went back to his desk and copied the 'plot' down on another piece of paper.  John refolded the millionaire's paper again and chased after him once again, returning the papers.  When asked if he'd read what was on the papers, John responded with a "who in their right mind would do such a callous thing?" statement; not denying it, but not saying 'yes' either. The millionaire shrugged off the encounter and stated he'd return in the next two days for the special six ammunition rounds.

John ran back home and tried to talk to his ailing father, but his father was too weak to talk with.

John instead devised a plan.

He'd make the ammunition, but would make the metal of the projectile expand so it would get stuck in the pistol's barrel instead.  He even made the primer and the propellant inert so as not to go off at all, thus making the ammunition useless.  He worked feverishly through the next two nights until he finally was able to finish his special ammunition.

Prior to dawn, John ran to the hotel that President Wilson was staying at and attempted to get an audience with him.  The Secret Service denied John access to the president until John finally blurted out that he was knowledgeable about a potential assassination attempt on the president.  At that point, the Secret Service men sat down with him and heard the whole story.

After John's tale and seeing what John had copied from the millionaire's paper, they were ready to arrest the millionaire and his accomplices.

John and president Wilson had another idea, though.

In the letter, it seemed that there were others of higher position involved in this conspiracy, thus, they intended to stage the event in a manner so as to arrest each of the culprits involved.

The day of the assassination attempt, John and the Secret Services' plans were set in motion. President Wilson arrived at his assigned stumping stop and gave his speech.  The ammunition, delivered the day before, had been distributed by the millionaire to himself and five accomplices.

Their plan was that if one of the assassins missed or couldn't get a shot off, one of the others would.  The assassination attempt occurred like clockwork; when the millionaire and his minions tried to shoot the president, their guns misfired, and by the time each assassin turned to escape, a secret serviceman was there to arrest them.  The plan was a success, and as a result, no one was harmed.

The millionaire and the assassins were 'interrogated' by the Pinkerton Security services.  After a week of 'interrogation', it was discovered that the villainous "Death Legion" was behind the attempted assassination.

Rather than be awarded a medal and highlighted in the newspapers for his actions, John had simply asked to stay anonymous.  Instead, President Wilson did one better; he gifted a very unique and special secret title for John Langley; a title that was allowed to be bestowed upon him and their first born child of each succeeding Langley hereafter; the secret title, crafted as a remembrance of the title-bearer's unique donation to the United States was "Bullet".  Along with  the secret title (also used as a password and a keyword), John was made a full Major in the United States Army; a Major that would oversee the creation and design of the nation's ammunition and stockpiles for war.

The title, John discovered, was one of 50 titles given to others who had performed special heroic feats for their country and as such had earned special favor by the US government.  Once every four years, in the middle of a president's term of office, the 50 title-bearers (or their descendants) would meet at the White House to regale each other of their efforts and sacrifice for the United States.  John Langley was the 50th and last title-bearer allowed. Later that same year, as with each forthcoming 4 years, the "50 Title-Bearers" were clandestinely contacted, transported and met at the White House as had been done since the title-bearers initial meetings that started in 1805.

During World War I, John was sent overseas to Europe as a US Army Major and special weapons contractor.  He was kept in the back echelons doing what he was born to do; make the best ammunition for America's weapons.  Before the war ended, however, John had been exposed to what was later termed as an 'experimental German mustard gas'; a gas that unfortunately slowly led to John's death in 1935. As for his father's ammunition company which was originally started out of the back of their barn, it was now called the Langley Munitions Company, complete with two new factories across New York and Pennsylvania states.

As for John's legacy, his wife gave birth to three sons and three daughters. His first child, Daryl Langley, was born in 1922 and went on to become the next and more famous "Bullet" in the Langley legacy. John finally succumbed to his X-65 Mustard Gas exposure from World War I and died on 2 February 1935.

History

Bullet II-History

Daryl Langley grew up during the Great Depression.  His father lost millions of dollars of the family's wealth as a result of the financial turmoil of the era.

When Daryl's father, John, passed away in 1935 from complications of his exposure to the mustard gas, Daryl was read a 'special' will mentioning a special title and set of privileges that, being first born, he'd inherited from his father, John.  At age 15, Daryl attended his first title-bearer meeting using his father's pass-code and title name of "Bullet" and quickly learned of his father's involvement in saving President Wilson's life.  Daryl had never been more proud of his father than after that special banquet, where he and his now fellow title-holders (and their brethren) were able to encourage Daryl to do even greater things and prove his worth as his father's son.

During his teenage years, Daryl discovered that he was a highly fit young man and excelled in all sports and physical events, even breaking school records easily. Even though he wanted nothing more than to try out for the Olympics (which most of his track times equaled or excelled against prior Olympic stars), he had a business to run.

Daryl had learned what he could about the munitions manufacturing industry as best he could before his father passed, but he was nowhere near the genius his father was in manufacturing unique ammunition. Instead, Daryl decided to attend college and learn about business and finance. As such, a 'title-bearer' such as Daryl now was automatically granted him entrance into any college or university of his choice in the United States.  He chose New York State University and attempted to earn a degree in engineering and manufacturing.

In his third year of college, however, Pearl Harbor was bombed on 7 December 1941 by the Japanese and the United States entered into World War II.

Daryl was immediately drafted into the US Army, and since he was a title-bearer', he was automatically award the rank of Captain and assigned to weapons research and design in Washington D.C.. While there, he ordered his company's executives to start making standard ammunition and artillery shells for the war effort, however, a young US Special Forces officer, Captain John Brown, requested Daryl's company also manufacture thousands of rounds for very 'special' weapons; weapons he'd designed himself for his special operations team known as the "Allied Fighters".

Within weeks, Daryl helped Captain Brown with the unique work orders. In a quiet moment between both Captains Langley and Brown one night, Captain Brown wanted to test Daryl's physical prowess over a series of bets with drinks.  Daryl was initially reluctant, but Captain Brown's arrogance finally got Daryl to take the bets. Out of ten physical tests, including a five-mile run, sit-ups, pull ups, a javelin toss (ok, they used microphone stands), and others, Daryl won over Captain Brown hands down. Captain Brown, highly impressed, later requested that Captain Langley be added to Captain Brown's "Allied Fighters" unit.  Although Daryl was trained in combat, he was no warrior, nor was he (in his own mind) capable of killing others.  Regardless, Captain Langley reported for duty to the Allied Fighters...and history was made.

The Allied Fighters were a special band of fighters made up of super-powered or specialized soldiers and warriors from various allied countries.  It was a hard-charging unit that gave more than it gave up.  Daryl, now code-named "Bullet" (thanks to Captain Brown being informed of Langley's special title-bearing status), became involved in some of the most intense special operations in the Africa, Pacific and European theaters.  He became a master sniper, totaling over 250 kills to his ability.  He was a true inherent marksman and had a tremendous amount of patience.  His stealth in getting in and out of heavily-guarded towns, bases and fortifications was almost uncanny.  As a result, Daryl won dozens of medals and awards for his combat effort and bravery with the Allied Fighters.

The last time Daryl was on Rest & Recreation (R&R) back in the United States, he returned to Buffalo, New York and married his high school sweetheart, Kathrine, in April of 1944, days before before he was sent off on a classified series of missions.

Bullet and the rest of the Allied Fighters were part of a series of ploys and fake skirmishes that were designed to provide the Nazis with 'fake intelligence'  about the Allied invasion plans of Europe.  Skirting in and about Gibraltar, Denmark, the Soviet Union, and even Greece, Bullet has the Nazi Intelligence machine, and their opposing Nazi meta-human group, Axis Force, jumping about after him in vain.

Finally, on 6 June 1944, Bullet's real mission began: the D-Day Invasion of France.

As a trained Army Ranger, Daryl volunteered to lead a special forces unit in a behind-the-lines D-Day parachute mission designed to take out two Nazi Panzer tank units that would most likely have been deployed once the D-Day beach landings begun. Sadly, the Army's Pathfinders were unable to light the Drop Zone (DZ) and as such, Daryl's forces parachuted in a forest, losing 1/2 of the unit and its equipment upon landing.  Regardless of the setback, "Bullet" led the unit on a 10-mile run to their mission zone (5 miles beyond where they were supposed to land), arriving minutes before the Panzer Units were about to deploy to Normandy.  The unit, self-designated "The Deadly Bullets", charged the Panzer unit, killing all the unit personnel with the exception on one Panzer manned by 3 Nazis.  The tank chased after "The Bullets" killing all of "The bullets" except for several of them. Daryl's remaining troops improvised in making one bazooka from three broken ones and fired off the bazooka, destroying the last Panzer. Sadly all but 7 of the "The Bullets" died in the special operation.  Daryl's unit did its job and saved the French town, which, to this day, celebrates "Bullet Day" on June 6th, as it has every year since.

Over the next couple of days, Daryl and his fellow remaining troops cleared roads, bridges, cut telephone lines and wiped out nearly two dozen Nazi ambush locations, all while working their way to an Allied occupied zone.

Sadly, on 9 June 1944. 'Bullet', Captain Langley, while saving a French child from a hail of gun, was gunned down and killed by Nazi troops.

When Langley's body was returned to Buffalo, New York, his funeral became a memorial parade of epic proportions, with the Secretary of Defense himself, reading the eulogy. Captain Daryl "Bullet" Langley was also awarded the Medal of Honor, posthumously. A handful of his fellow Allied fighters, including Captain John Brown, attended the ceremony, all of which swore to end the war as fast as possible so that Daryl's child would never have to see war again. To that end, the Allied Fighters did all they could, and by August 1945, World War II ended. Unfortunately, one hot war was replaced by a new cold war and many other smaller wars and 'police actions'.

Daryl's legacy continued on with his one and only son, Frank Langley, who would eventually become the next "Bullet" (Bullet III).

History

Bullet III-History

Frank Langley was only 8 months old when World War II ended in August of 1945.

Frank's mother, Kitty Langley, was left in charge of her husband's Langley Munitions Company as a result of a power of attorney after Frank's war-hero of a father, Daryl Langley AKA "Bullet", died in combat shortly after the D-Day invasion in France.

Frank was sent to the best schools in the nation. Early on, Frank began playing football, Frank, and eventually as a teenager, quickly became an All-American Football star. He also became a record-breaker in nearly every single sport he decided to join, even rifle shooting.  His uncanny physical prowess earned him the nickname of "Super Frank".

While Frank was being educated, his mother was fighting to keep the company from going bankrupt, even after a massive downsizing of the workforce. They had to move from their exceptionally large home in Buffalo to an old 3 bedroom house in Lansing, Michigan, not far from one of the failing company plants.  Frank hated the move and hated the situation his mom was in. Thanks to the patriotic slant of the era's news and hyped anti-communist rhetoric of the day, Frank began blaming all the family's problems on communist 'pinkos'.

On Frank's 15th birthday, he received a letter from President Dwight D. Eisenhower to attend a function he'd never heard of before; it was for the "Presidential Title-Bearer Banquet". In the letter, a handwritten note from the president himself stated that he was anxiously looking forward to meeting the son of last "Bullet".  Completely surprised and perplexed by this news, he contacted the White House and confirmed the letter/banquet's authenticity.  Reeling with questions, Frank was nervous what this banquet was all about. When he asked his mother, she had no idea about 'title-bearer', but told Frank his father was code-named "Bullet" during the war, and that must be the reference the President was referring to, at least as far as she knew. She had no idea about Frank's special status or his inheritance as a special 'title-bearer'.

Frank attended the White House  banquet later that year.  Over the course of the night, talking with the President and the other 49 'title-bearers' and/or their descendants, he learned the truth about his father, his grandfather and his legacy.  As such, President Eisenhower noted that he knew the family's munitions company seemed to be in financial trouble, and as such, with President Eisenhower being a title-bearer himself,  promised Frank a guarantee, through an executive order, that the company's land and buildings in Buffalo, New York would always be owned  by A Langley decedent until there were no more descendants. It could be bought and sold, however, if the Langley's ever wanted it back, all they had to do was state the President's Executive Order number and the property would he theirs again without reservation. He also offered an approval letter for Frank's attendance at the college of his choice - free of tuition or cost.  Frank initially chose to go be a University of Michigan "Wolverine" and play football there.  For the first time, Frank felt he was part of something big and relished his time at the White House that night.

In 1963, after President John F. Kennedy's assassination, Frank changed his mind about his college choice. Frank instead chose  the University of Virginia - a college that was a lead-in towards joining the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), located close and around the US Government and Washington DC.  Frank wanted nothing more after JFK's assassination than to join the CIA and train to take out the 'communists pinkos' that he believed 'assassinated' JFK.

After completing college and earning a degree in World History, Frank finally applied and was accepted to join the CIA. While undergoing training as a spy in the CIA, the Langley Munitions Company fell on even harder times.  It was bought out by another rival ammunition manufacturer for a hefty sale price of over $250 million dollars.  As a result, Frank and his mother were flush with money, but money wasn't that important to Frank at that time. Sadly, Frank's mother, Kitty, died months after the company was sold.  He swore he'd never get into the munitions business and instead turned his grief and anger towards the growing 'communist' threat and the 'red' menace that was 'infiltrating' decent American life.

In the 1970s, Special Agent Langley was involved in hundreds of international covert operations for the CIA.  He was one of the most highly decorated agents in the CIA, however, his distaste for 'commies' and 'pinkos' soon reached to a fever pitch.  In 1975, after a CIA covert mission in Central America went bad (which Frank had led), Frank couldn't keep his political views to himself and accused a prominent United States senator that he was a communist.

Long story short - Frank was 'retired' from the CIA without a severance package.

Thanks to his inheritance from the sale of the Langley Munitions Company, Frank had more money than what he knew what to do with - and way too much free time on his hands. .He bought a huge mansion in Newport, Rhode Island and another in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, along with new cars, a yacht, a Learjet and much more. Even though he enjoyed spending his money, it still didn't fill the hole that was now in his life.  He felt empty, abandoned and even suicidal. He started having extreme parties, tossing money at any investment his money-grubbing guests could get out of him. Prostitutes, parties, drugs and alcohol permeated his life from then on. Once Frank started drinking and using drugs...he didn't stop.

In 1975, before he was let go by the CIA, Frank, in a drunken haze took his then girlfriend, a New York City debutante named Sharon Angiulo, to Las Vegas, Nevada and got married in a cheap wedding chapel off the strip. Sharon, unbeknownst to Frank, was the niece of one of one of the most notorious crime families - The Solanos. Later that year, Sharon bore Frank his one and only son.

In 1977, when Gerald Ford became President, the "Title-Bearer" program, along with all the secret accolades associates with it, was shutdown for good. President Ford believed that the 'title-bearer' program was a hold-over from the old days and had no meaning in today's society, thus, the legacy of the 50 title-bearers soon became a myth of unwritten history.  None of the title-bearers were ever identified to the public, and as such, the generation-to-generation legacy title was no more. As such, he believed that the promise made by President Eisenhower to keep the original Langley Munitions Company property and land 'in the family' was now lost as well, not that Frank had any inclination to doing anything with the company or the land. This drove Frank into an even deeper depression; one that he was already starting to affect his health and mind.

With Frank in a drug-induced and alcohol stupor, Sharon played around on Frank, having sex with other men, and as such bore an additional son from another man, all the while telling Frank that kid was Frank's.  With Frank's alcoholic and drug-induced stupor, she continued to fool around on him sometimes in the next room of their own house while Frank was passed out on the couch, bombed out of his head on heroine, weed and alcohol.

Frank died of an 'apparent' suicide in his Newport, Rhode Island mansion on 29 September 1979, presumably from a heroine overdose. 'Sharon Langley', his wife, refused to even claim Frank's body to give him a proper funeral. As such, Frank is buried in a pauper's cemetery, where only the number '79-410' engraved on a concrete marker identities his final resting place.

Unbeknownst to Frank, Sharon, along with her crooked mob-affiliated family, had funneled away most of Frank's money and assets (and his child's inheritance) all to several of Sharon's secret overseas accounts and to the Solano Family.  No one was the wiser, and sadly, no one cared enough to even check up on Frank and  question his whereabouts. Sharon took her children and left for a new life...but that's another story for another day.

On a unique note, the day before Frank's 'suicide', in one of his more lucid moments, Frank regaled an incredible story to one of the house maids about an adventure he had with an Agent Brown and that he was a hero and an "Allied Fighter" just like his father was in World War II, even though, according to Frank,  the 'adventure' was only for a single day. To this day, no one has confirmed this. Even Major Invader, who, when asked about this, stated, 'Yea, right...like I know who you're talking about'.

History

Bullet IV-History

Before Bullet III AKA Frank Langley, died in 1979, in one of his more lucid days, he had a new Will & Testament drawn up along with another 'special will' done up for his first son to explain that he was supposed to have inherited being an American "Title-Bearer" by the code-name of "Bullet", just as the last three generations of Langleys were. In that second Will, Frank denoted that the "Title-Bearer" Program was no longer active nor recognized, thanks to President Ford. Frank, however, felt that his first born son, who was supposed to inherit the title, should know about what he was 'supposed' to inherit. No where in that 2nd will did it identify any financial or property rights for his son. Frank attached all documentation he was given in regards to his and the previous Langleys who'd been Title-Bearers, if anything, to one day prove to the world the 'value' of the Langley name. He hired a law firm to ensure than his son, Deacon Langley, was to be given the 2nd Will on Deacon's 18th birthday.

Frank's 1st Will was given to his wife, Sharon Langley, who threw it away in the trash minutes after she read it once she discovered she nor any of her children would receive any money, property or valuables legally from his death.

Bullet III AKA Frank Langley, died of a reported heroine overdose on 29 September 1979 and was buried in a pauper's graveyard. His wife Sharon Langley, took off with Frank's only son and two other children she'd bore that belonged to other men (not Frank). His 1st Will & Testament was never found or read; his 2nd Will, however, wasn't read until many years later.

Frank's wife, Sharon Langley, was caught by the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI)  a year after she'd up and left Frank's dead body at the morgue. Sharon remarried weeks after Frank's death to a Solano (Crime) Family Lieutenant, Antonio Caputo, from whom she got pregnant by and bore that man a son named Salvador Caputo (Salvador was conceived and born while Frank Langley was still alive, with Sharon passing Salvador off as Frank's son).  Rather than rot in jail, Sharon 'Caputo' was offered a chance to 'come clean' and tell the Feds all about the Solano Crime Family and her current husband.

She told them EVERYTHING.

She worked a deal receiving no jail time, and was placed in the Federal Witness Protection Program, where she and her two sons were moved to Stillwater, Minnesota. There, they lived under a new name, Smith, and were moved into the Stonebridge Apartments. Sharon was given a job as a nearby Marathon Gas Convenience Store as a clerk while her children were registered to go to school at the Stonebridge Elementary School.

Sharon eventually flipped out over her new 'boring' lifestyle and wound up pregnant from a tryst with one of her neighbors, a punk rocker, Clarence "Clash" Carson. Nine months later, Sharon gave birth to her only daughter, , Dee Dee Carson. On that same day, Dee Dee's father, Clash Carson,  died and hour earlier overdosing on heroine at a concert. Sharon 'Carson' reportedly died while giving birth to Dee Dee (and yes, Sharon was high on heroine during the pregnancy as well as during the delivery, seeing as she attended the same concert as Clash).

The two boys were found by the police, both of whom were left home alone...and now without their parents.

The children were divided up and placed in foster homes. Deacon, aged 6 by this time, was taken in by a family in St. Paul.  Salvador Caputo was also placed in foster care, as was Dee Dee, the latter two of which have their own tales...but not as part of Deacon's current tale.

Deacon's foster family, the Browns, turned out to be a nightmare of a family.  The Browns had a total of 7 foster children living in the old home. Each child, including Deacon, was molested and mentally abused until each was about 16 or 17, at which point the child either 'mysteriously disappeared' or they ran away.

Deacon ran away at age 13 after being molested and abused for those 10 years.

Prior to running away, Deacon, in his teenage years, got in with the wrong crowd fast and became a juvenile delinquent. Rather than go to 'Juvie Jail', his foster parents would plead for his return home to the judge, wherein Deacon would get beaten, abused and locked in a closet for days at a time with no food, only to be let out after he submitted to another round of sexual abuse.  As such, Deacon learned how to steal things, hotwire cars, swipe wallets and do petty larcenies. For his 16th birthday, he tried stealing a Porsche sports car and go joyriding, only to crash the car and leave his left face scarred for life. Due to his injuries, his father no longer wanted to abuse him any further and was about to kill Deacon in his sleep the night that Deacon decided to run away.

Using the money he'd stolen, Deacon took a bus to New York City where he decided to live off the street.  For the next couple of years, he did okay by himself, learning how to perform new cons, stealing, living in people's homes while they were away on vacation, etc., and as such, was able to avoid the law...until one day.

While trying to steal a man's wallet, Deacon was caught in a sting operation by the New York Police Department (NYPD). He was arrested and jailed as an adult because Deacon wouldn't tell the cops his name or age. After the NYPD ran his fingerprints, they discovered a 'federal' warrant out for the now 18-year old 'Deacon Langley' AKA 'Deacon Caputo' AKA 'Deacon Smith' AKA 'Deacon Carson' AKA 'Deacon Brown'.

An FBI agent arrived with two lawyers; one assigned for the current charges he was under, another from a law firm that had been searching for him to provide him with a reading of his father's (Frank Langley's) "2nd Will & Testament".

The FBI's lawyer was VERY persuasive in getting the charge's dropped against Deacon for the wallet robbery. The other lawyer with the Will, however, had an even greater impact as a result of the Will's reading.

Deacon was read his father's (2nd) Will, which mentioned the information about his being the inheritor of the Presidential 'title-bearer' status; a status that long longer had any merit, power or influence. However, the lawyer, who'd done his due diligence, did however look up the Presidential Executive Order that was signed by President Eisenhower (see Bullet III for details), and as such the deed to the original  long-abandoned Langley Munition Company building in Buffalo, New York was now formally his...so long as he paid the annual property taxes starting the next year, otherwise the property would go into probate and sold at auction, thus preventing Deacon from ever getting the only good thing he'd ever been given in his life.

Deacon intended NOT to let this opportunity go.

Deacon, free from his theft charges, used the last of his money to travel to the abandoned Langley Munitions Company property.  Although old, dilapidated and shut down for many years, it was now his new home.

Deacon kept warm by night using an old metal barrel with wood and gasoline sucked out from an old generator on the property. Deacon spent the next few days trying to figure out how he could ever make the old dilapidated company viable again, and kept coming tot he conclusion that he'd have to figure out how to sell the property 'under the table' to some black market real estate scam in order to get any money from the property. While he was trying to formulate a plan to do this, he started ripping up old floorboards to use as fuel in the barrel to keep him warm at night. While ripping up a floorboard in what was once his great-grandfather's old office, Deacon found something; something that would change his whole future.

Deacon found an old safe in the office floor that contained hundreds of designs for unique ammunition and weapons; all relevant and all revolutionary even in today's (black) market.  These were plans created by his great-grandfather, John Langley, from back in the 1940s during World War II.

Deacon sold several of his great-grandfather's designs to some VERY shady cartels and within a couple of months, the Langley Munitions Company was back in business.  Deacon also found a list of employees that had worked there back in the day.  Not knowing a single thing about running a company, nonetheless a munitions company, Deacon rehired some old employees (even some that had long since retired) that used to work there.  This time, however, unknown to the rehired employees, the Langley Munitions Company was instead going to make weapons and munitions not for the government, state or federal markets, but instead for dozens of villainous cartels, criminal organizations and super-villain groups. One such group that Deacon was enamored in selling to was the notorious assassin organization known as "Death Legion".

In the late 1980s, Deacon sold millions of rounds to every single rebel militia in the world.  Using renown arms dealers such as Sarkis Soghanalian and  Victor Bout, Deacon was able to move his product to whoever needed it to kill others.  His most specialized weapons and munitions however were devised for Death Legion and the CANIS black market.

In a couple years time, Deacon made over $500 million dollars in profit.  Every attempt to stop him or catch him in the act of building illegal weapons failed simply due to Deacon's personal spy network he'd created.
