History
Soundwave is one of the Aeroguardians’ most enigmatic members. Recruited through GUARD and assigned to the team under highly controlled circumstances, he has never publicly revealed his true identity. Unlike most of his fellow Aeroguardians, he does not reside at team headquarters or spend unnecessary time at the base. When missions arise, he is typically summoned in from elsewhere, arriving ready for immediate deployment. Even during routine monitor duty, he remains fully suited and helmeted, preserving the mystery surrounding him. The only physical detail ever clearly observed is his dark skin tone, seen when he has removed his gloves, suggesting African ancestry.

Despite his secrecy, Soundwave has repeatedly proven himself to be a capable and dependable hero. On numerous occasions he has displayed exceptional leadership, battlefield awareness, and calm tactical judgment under pressure. His combat instincts, command presence, and aerial engagement skills strongly suggest a background rooted in advanced military training. More than once, he has demonstrated a sharp understanding of operational doctrine, particularly when mission conditions become chaotic or politically sensitive.
