Frederique Solano AKA Freddy the Fence is the nephew of the crime boss, Teflon Don Solano of the Solano Crime Family.

Freddy acts as a lieutenant in the crime family and the number one guy to move and acquire stolen goods. He is a professional money launderer, bookie, arms dealer, black marketeer...and gets a nasty disposition when he's told 'no'.

His custom made Tommy Gun is re-engineered to not only use as a machine gun, but a flame thrower, a grenade launcher and even a non-lethal manner. His pack also carries a wide variety of weapons and devices, all used to get his point across to those who say 'no' to him.

Today, he is an on-the-go wise guy who has connections with anyone and any place; you need something? Freddy the Fence is who you see first!
