Street Gangs of
LONG BEACH
In California's Long Beach ("LB") region, there are a handful of street gangs that operate within the region. A street gang is a gang usually made up of children, teenagers and/or young adults not to exceed 50 gang members; more than 50 members constitutes its own entry under "Gangs".

The following is a list of known street gangs in The LB region of California in the MDU. These street gangs are not reflective, representative, nor associated to any existing or defunct gangs in the real world in any respective manner.
Beach Dragons
Leader: Kai “Wavebreaker” Huang

Number of Members: 29 active members

Location/Territory: Long Beach shoreline, marina districts, waterfront entertainment areas, beach access roads, coastal alleys, and recreational boating zones.

Allies: Pacific Breakers, select Venicites, independent boat mechanics and waterfront security contacts

Enemies: The 7-44s, Breakwater Boys, outside crews attempting to control shoreline commerce

Weapons of Choice: Boat hooks, nunchaku, diving knives, heavy chains, collapsible batons, marine flare guns

Brief Description:
The Beach Dragons are a disciplined waterfront gang made up of martial artists, surfers, dockworkers, boat mechanics, club security personnel, and former competitive fighters. Recognizable by ocean-blue, black, and silver clothing with dragon-wave insignias and martial-arts wraps, they maintain influence over beach commerce, marina districts, nightlife, and recreational boating areas. Their operations include waterfront protection, stolen marine equipment, small-watercraft trafficking, event security, bar intimidation, and coastal smuggling assistance.
Breakwater Boys
Leader: Javier “Concrete” Mendez

Location/Territory: Long Beach breakwaters, fishing piers, rocky shoreline access points, boat ramps, maintenance roads, seawalls, and isolated coastal structures.

Brief Description:
The Breakwater Boys are shoreline scavengers, pier enforcers, fishermen, maintenance workers, and coastal drifters who move easily across seawalls, rocks, service ladders, and restricted waterfront routes. Members wear faded gray, sea-green, and weathered blue clothing with waterproof vests and broken-seawall insignias. Their rackets center on salvage theft, fishing-equipment resale, pier protection, hidden coastal storage, access-route extortion, and recovering property lost or dumped near the harbor.
Container Kings
Leader: Malcolm “Stack” Reeves

Location/Territory: Freight yards, container-storage corridors, intermodal facilities, rail-transfer zones, trucking lots, and industrial streets near the Port of Long Beach.

Brief Description:
The Container Kings are freight specialists, forklift operators, mechanics, drivers, clerks, and warehouse workers who treat shipping containers as offices, workshops, storage sites, and temporary safehouses. Their rust-red, black, and industrial-yellow workwear carries barcode markings, container-number patches, and stacked-crown emblems. They control cargo diversion, freight-document fraud, hidden-container storage, trucking intimidation, equipment resale, and warehouse theft across Long Beach’s massive logistics network.
Queen Mary Knaves

Brief Description:
The Queen Mary Knaves are elegant thieves, hospitality scammers, tour guides, entertainers, event staff, valet drivers, and maritime-history enthusiasts who exploit Long Beach’s tourism industry. Members favor black, cream, navy, and deep-burgundy clothing with vintage maritime accents, playing-card insignias, and crowned ship-wheel motifs. Their schemes include hotel theft, event infiltration, identity fraud, luxury-item resale, guest blackmail, and the theft of historic maritime memorabilia.
Signal Hill Saints

Location/Territory: Signal Hill, hillside streets, communications towers, oil-field remnants, industrial overlooks, and elevated neighborhoods above Long Beach.

Brief Description:
The Signal Hill Saints are hilltop observers, information brokers, and polished neighborhood racketeers who monitor traffic, port activity, police movement, and rival gang travel from elevated positions. Their cream, black, and muted-gold clothing features subtle halo-and-radio-tower insignias and reflective trim. They maintain a respectable public image through block events and neighborhood cleanups while profiting from surveillance, communications interception, protection fees, private-event control, lookout services, and theft from industrial properties.

They specialize in dockside theft, container diversion, labor intimidation, warehouse protection, harbor-route extortion, and smuggling support throughout Long Beach’s industrial waterfront.
