Street Gangs of
THE O.C. (Orange COuntry)
In California's Orange County ("The OC"), there are a handful of street gangs that operate within the region. A street gang is a gang usually made up of children, teenagers and/or young adults not to exceed 50 gang members; more than 50 members constitutes its own entry under "Gangs".

The following is a list of known street gangs in The OC region of California in the MDU. These street gangs are not reflective, representative, nor associated to any existing or defunct gangs in the real world in any respective manner.
Anaheim Anarchists
Leader: Avery “Riot Act” Kane

Number of Members: 31 active members

Location/Territory: Older Anaheim neighborhoods, industrial corridors, river-channel access roads, resort-adjacent back streets, and warehouse districts.

Allies: Orangepickers, select Mercado Vultures contacts, independent skaters and warehouse workers

Enemies: Glasshouse Ghosts, corporate security teams, rival crews exploiting Anaheim’s tourist districts

Brief Description:
The Anaheim Anarchists are anti-establishment agitators drawn from warehouse workers, displaced residents, skaters, street artists, former attraction employees, and political radicals. Wearing black-and-red streetwear, improvised face coverings, and broken-circle insignias, they reject Anaheim’s polished tourist image as a corporate façade. Their rackets include warehouse theft, counterfeit event merchandise, business intimidation, property sabotage, disruptive street actions, and extortion of businesses operating near their marked territory.
Orangepickers
Leader: Elias “Rind” Navarro

Location/Territory: Orange, Fullerton, Garden Grove, remaining agricultural parcels, produce markets, packing facilities, and older working-class neighborhoods.

Brief Description:
The Orangepickers are a multigenerational gang rooted in Orange County’s former citrus groves, packing houses, and working communities. Members wear orange, dark green, and weathered brown clothing with orchard boots, work gloves, and split-orange insignias. They conceal their operations through landscaping, produce distribution, trucking, and property-maintenance businesses while profiting from freight theft, warehouse protection, equipment resale, illegal labor contracting, and intimidation of developers expanding into their neighborhoods.
Pacific Breakers
Leader: Tom “Undertow” Quinn

Location/Territory: Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, Newport-adjacent coastal routes, beach parking areas, surf shops, skate parks, and event spaces.

Allies: Venicites, Beach Dragons, independent surf shops and coastal-event workers

Enemies: Canyon Drifters, rival beach crews, private event security and unauthorized equipment thieves

Brief Description:
The Pacific Breakers are a surf, skate, and nightlife gang formed from competitive athletes, beach workers, lifeguard washouts, club security personnel, and coastal drifters. Their faded beachwear, hooded surf jackets, athletic tape, and cresting-wave insignias support a carefree public image that hides a disciplined criminal network. They control beach-event protection, parking extortion, stolen surf and skate equipment, counterfeit coastal apparel, party security, and the theft and resale of small watercraft.
Glasshouse Ghosts

Brief Description:
The Glasshouse Ghosts are clean-cut infiltrators who dress as junior executives, students, contractors, delivery workers, security personnel, and real-estate agents. Their neutral clothing, clear-framed glasses, pale gloves, and nearly invisible ghost insignias help them blend into Orange County’s controlled corporate environments. They specialize in identity theft, executive blackmail, prototype and data theft, luxury-home burglary, fraudulent property access, and quietly stripping valuables from offices, model homes, and unfinished developments.
Mercado Vultures
Leader: Lucius “Ledger” Moro

Location/Territory: Santa Ana commercial corridors, markets, swap meets, bus routes, storage buildings, parking structures, and warehouse storefronts.

Brief Description:
The Mercado Vultures are resale specialists, counterfeiters, market enforcers, and information collectors who thrive wherever merchandise changes hands quickly. Wearing layered work clothing, vendor aprons, dark feather motifs, and vulture insignias, they operate through stalls, repair shops, delivery services, storage rooms, and temporary markets. Their network handles counterfeit goods, vendor protection, document forgery, stolen-property resale, cargo redistribution, and commercial intelligence about nearly anything bought or sold in the county.
Canyon Drifters
Leader: Wade “Switchback” Harlow

Location/Territory: Silverado Canyon, Trabuco Canyon, foothill roads, abandoned ranch properties, off-road trails, utility routes, and remote storage sites.

The Canyon Drifters are off-road scouts, mechanics, former ranch workers, wildfire contractors, survivalists, and isolated rural thieves who know Orange County’s interior better than most authorities. Their dust-covered riding gear, wildfire scarves, scratched helmets, and winding-road insignias reflect their hidden territory. They profit from vehicle concealment, illegal dumping, equipment theft, remote storage, salvage operations, and smuggling along canyon trails and utility routes that remain difficult to monitor.
