History
William Jefferson is one of the most forthright and patriotic people in the United States. He believes in what America has to offer the world: Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, yet above all, Bill believes in freedom.
After 10 years with the US Military, Bill became disillusioned with the politics and extremism that was tearing apart the United States and the world. Instead, Bill signed up for G.U.A.R.D., a global organization for the protection of the rights and freedoms. As such, he was fashioned an fantastically powerful battlesuit and energy mace, and went to work with the GUARD super-group, the Terraguardians.
Since then, Bill feels like he is actually helping others with GUARD. He helps the little person, but also likes to take down the 'big' evils and 'villains' in freedom's name.
