Street Gangs of
STATEN ISLAND
In New York City's Manhattan borough, there are a handful of street gangs operate within. A street gang is a gang made up of children, teenagers and/or young adults not to exceed 50 gang members; more than 50 members constitutes its own entry under "Gangs".

The following is a list of known street gangs in the Manhattan borough of New York City, New York in the MDU (and are not reflective, representative, nor associative of any existing or defunct gangs in the real world in any respective manner):
Bird Dogs
Leader: Graham “Finder” Holt

Number of Members: 18–27
​
Location/Territory: Used-car lots, real estate open houses, ferry commuter lots, marina listings, storage facilities, rental offices, contractor yards, private-sale networks, and neighborhood sales routes across Staten Island.

Allies: S.T.A.T.Z., select used-car dealers, corrupt brokers, hired street muscle

Enemies: X-Cop Crew contacts from Queens, Island Girls, independent scammers, victims who refuse to stay quiet

Brief Description:
The Bird Dogs are an illegal finder’s-fee and referral gang that operates like a crooked scouting network. They locate leads for vehicles, real estate, rentals, storage units, contractors, boats, and private sales, then steer victims into fake deals, stolen-title schemes, overcharges, or outright asset theft. They are hated because they look legitimate at first: smiling, shaking hands, and carrying paperwork until the victim realizes the street toughs were always part of the contract.
Hasenpfeffers
Leader: Otto “Cold Rack” Pfeffer

Location/Territory: Old butcher shops, restaurant supply corridors, cold-storage garages, strip-mall back lots, commercial kitchens, delivery routes, aging storefronts, and neighborhood food-service supply points.

Enemies: Royal Yacht Club, S.T.A.T.Z., rival drug crews, businesses that break away from their routes

Weapons of Choice: Meat hooks, butcher knives, cleavers, freezer chains, box cutters, delivery crates, scales, burner phones, and cold-storage lockups

Brief Description:
The Hasenpfeffers began decades ago as an illegal meat-packing theft ring tied to butcher shops, cold rooms, restaurant deliveries, and stolen food distribution. Today, the old name remains, but the operation has grown into a major Staten Island drug-distribution business hidden behind food-service routes, butcher-shop contacts, delivery vans, restaurant basements, and neighborhood suppliers. The name sounds almost comic until people realize how long they have survived.
Island Girls
Leader: Bianca “Pink Key” Varela

Location/Territory: Nightlife spots, hotel bars, private parties, ferry-adjacent meetups, dating-app networks, apartment complexes, suburban homes, and high-income residential pockets.

Allies: Mankillaz when interests overlap, select burglars, blackmail brokers, getaway drivers

Enemies: Bird Dogs, Royal Yacht Club, X-Cop Crew contacts, clients who threaten exposure

Brief Description:
The Island Girls are a criminal escort-front and information-theft gang using charm, access, embarrassment, and intimidation as tools. Their members gather addresses, schedules, keys, wallet details, security habits, and access codes from targets, then coordinate home robberies while the victim is distracted or away. They are feared because they leave victims with stolen property, stolen privacy, and the threat that reporting them will make the humiliation worse.
Mankillaz
Leader: Veronica “Widow Red” Mays

Location/Territory: Isolated residential streets, apartment complexes, underpasses, abandoned properties, industrial fringe zones, ferry spillover areas, rough neighborhood corners, and select prison-connected communication channels.

Allies: Island Girls, select prison contacts, frightened informants, women seeking revenge services
​
Enemies: Bird Dogs, Royal Yacht Club, abusive targets, law enforcement, rival crews who dismiss them

Weapons of Choice: Bats, chains, knives, tire irons, brass knuckles, crowbars, heavy flashlights, gloves, and improvised intimidation gear

Brief Description:
The Mankillaz are an all-women vengeance gang made up of women who were abused, betrayed, abandoned, manipulated, or severely exploited by men. What began as personal retaliation became a revenge-for-hire operation for women who feel trapped, powerless, or unprotected. They claim to be avengers for wronged women, but their methods have become ruthless, criminal, and often lethal. Several dozen men have been linked to their retaliation campaigns, though only four members were convicted and imprisoned. Those four now help run the same racket from inside prison.
Royal Yacht Club
Leader: Preston “Commodore” Vale

Location/Territory: Staten Island marinas, yacht clubs, boatyards, private docks, waterfront restaurants, fuel docks, repair slips, harbor storage buildings, and private waterfront access points.

Allies: S.T.A.T.Z., select marina workers, corrupt dockhands, high-end smugglers

Enemies: Hasenpfeffers, Island Girls, Bird Dogs, waterfront security, boat owners who refuse to pay

Brief Description:
The Royal Yacht Club is a smug marina-based street gang that pretends to be above street-gang life. They operate around boats, yacht clubs, private slips, dock access, marine storage, fuel routes, and wealthy waterfront targets. Part theft crew, part smuggling network, and part spoiled-rich-kid criminal hobby gone bad, the Royal Yacht Club looks harmless until someone realizes they control who moves quietly by water.

Location/Territory: Sports bars, betting spots, bodegas, laundromats, ferry commuter routes, schoolyard sidelines, underground card rooms, apartment courtyards, and neighborhood hangouts where people talk too much.

Enemies: Hasenpfeffers, XTreme Cyberpunkz, debtors, crews who discover they are being tracked

Brief Description:
S.T.A.T.Z. is a data-obsessed Staten Island street gang built around gambling, debt, odds, rankings, street surveillance, and reputation charts. They track who owes money, who is vulnerable, who crossed whom, and which crew is about to move. They are not the toughest gang on Staten Island, but they are dangerous because they turn information into leverage.
XTreme Cyberpunkz
Leader: Lacey “Glitch X” Morano

Location/Territory: Electronics shops, repair kiosks, abandoned storefronts, cell towers, rooftop antennas, gaming cafés, scrap yards, ferry Wi-Fi zones, parking lots, and old industrial buildings converted into hacker dens.

Allies: Occasional Parquor Crew contacts from Queens, device thieves, pirate-signal operators, black-market electronics sellers
​
Enemies: S.T.A.T.Z., X-Cop Crew contacts, Royal Yacht Club, anyone whose systems they expose

Weapons of Choice: Hacked phones, signal jammers, drones, collapsible batons, stolen laptops, lock-bypass tools, portable routers, VR rigs, homemade EMP-style gimmicks, and modified electronics

Brief Description:
The XTreme Cyberpunkz are Staten Island’s techno-punk street crew: hackers, device thieves, illegal modders, drone tinkerers, pirate-signal kids, and neon-wired vandals. They are not elite cyberterrorists, but they are skilled enough to cause serious trouble. They steal devices, tamper with security cameras, run digital blackmail, unlock vehicles, spoof signals, and sell stolen data and electronics to whoever pays.
