Street Gangs of SACRAMENTO
In California's Sacramento region, there are a handful of street gangs that operate within the region. A street gang is a gang usually made up of children, teenagers and/or young adults not to exceed 50 gang members; more than 50 members constitutes its own entry under "Gangs".

The following is a list of known street gangs in the Sacramento region of California in the MDU. These street gangs are not reflective, representative, nor associated to any existing or defunct gangs in the real world in any respective manner.
Classic Car Crew
Leader: Calvin “Concours” Mercer
Number of Members: 31
Location/Territory: North Sacramento, West Sacramento garage corridors, industrial warehouse districts, restoration shops, storage facilities, private automotive compounds, and regional car-show circuits
Allies: Independent mechanics, restoration specialists, illicit collectors, vehicle brokers, specialty-parts dealers, and select affluent criminal clients
Enemies: Auto-theft rivals, insurance investigators, law enforcement, private collectors seeking stolen property, and anyone who damages or dismantles vehicles the gang considers historically important
Weapons of Choice: Tire irons, breaker bars, heavy flashlights, compact batons, shop tools, and firearms carried by recovery crews
Brief Description: The Classic Car Crew is a gang of obsessive automotive thieves, collectors, mechanics, fabricators, and restoration experts who maintain a sprawling private collection of stolen rare vehicles. Some cars are sold, rented, altered, or stripped for valuable components, but their most prized acquisitions are preserved as trophies. Their obsession extends beyond ordinary classics into prototype vehicles, retired villain cars, experimental government machines, and famous superhero crimefighting interceptors. To the CCC, stealing an irreplaceable automobile is acceptable; destroying one is sacrilege. Their hidden warehouse is effectively an illicit museum of lost MDU automotive history.
Delta Cutters
Leader: Isaiah “Backwater” Kane

Location/Territory: Sacramento River, American River junctions, West Sacramento riverfront, marinas, levee roads, boat launches, warehouse docks, agricultural waterways, and routes extending toward the Sacramento–San Joaquin Delta
Allies: Marina workers, fishermen, boat mechanics, agricultural haulers, river guides, warehouse contacts, and independent waterfront operators
Enemies: Rival waterfront thieves, marina security, law enforcement river units, cargo crews protecting valuable shipments, and gangs attempting to use Delta routes without permission
Weapons of Choice: Boat hooks, heavy rope, compact batons, utility knives, gaffs, flare devices, and firearms among senior members
Brief Description: The Delta Cutters treat Sacramento’s rivers, levees, docks, and backwaters as an alternative street network. Their members include experienced boat operators, marina workers, fishermen, mechanics, and agricultural laborers who understand obscure launches, service roads, and waterways better than most authorities. They specialize in boat theft, marina burglary, cargo theft, fencing, waterfront rackets, and movement of stolen goods through hard-to-monitor river corridors. Their look combines river green, teal, copper, sand, black, and reflective silver with breathable technical clothing, fishing gear, polarized eyewear, and stylized delta-channel insignias.
Midtown Aftershock
Leader: Monique “Encore” Devereaux

Location/Territory: Midtown Sacramento, downtown entertainment corridors, music venues, restaurants, clubs, parking areas, festival zones, convention districts, and after-hours businesses
Allies: Bartenders, musicians, promoters, rideshare drivers, restaurant workers, event crews, parking attendants, and select independent security contacts
Enemies: Quad-Ds when event-related rackets overlap, Red Tape during political or convention events, rival nightlife crews, private security firms, and club owners resisting gang influence
Weapons of Choice: Compact batons, stun devices, weighted flashlights, utility knives, chains, and concealed firearms
Brief Description: Midtown Aftershock thrives wherever Sacramento gathers after dark. Their influence rises around concerts, festivals, conventions, nightlife weekends, political gatherings, sporting events, and major public celebrations. Members exploit temporary crowds through protection schemes, event theft, parking rackets, ticket fraud, equipment theft, intimidation, and stolen-property fencing. Their electric violet, copper, black, neon red, and champagne-gold appearance combines expressive club fashion, reflective fabrics, customized sneakers, patterned streetwear, and earthquake-wave or fractured-sound motifs.
Quad-Ds
Leader: Darnell “Four-Dee” Daniels

Location/Territory: South Sacramento, Florin Road corridors, Meadowview, commercial strips, apartment districts, convenience-store clusters, and neighborhood gathering areas
Allies: Select neighborhood crews, local fences, gambling contacts, small-business intermediaries, and independent street operators
Enemies: Rival South Sacramento crews, RX-ALZ when distribution disputes spill into their territory, Midtown Aftershock over event-related turf, and outside gangs attempting to establish local control
Weapons of Choice: Short bats, chains, heavy flashlights, utility knives, compact batons, and firearms among senior members
Brief Description: The Quad-Ds are one of Sacramento’s most enduring old-school street gangs, surviving through adaptability rather than specialization. They maintain neighborhood influence through gambling, fencing, informal protection, debt collection, vehicle theft, and opportunistic trafficking. Their exact name origin remains deliberately obscure, with members encouraging multiple conflicting explanations. Royal blue, charcoal, white, and metallic silver dominate their look, often paired with geometric four-point and diamond-like motifs, customized athletic wear, and understated jewelry.
Red Tape
Leader: Cassandra “Fine Print” Wu

Location/Territory: Downtown Sacramento, Capitol-adjacent commercial districts, government-office corridors, contractor zones, convention areas, parking structures, political-event venues, and Midtown edges
Allies: Temporary workers, couriers, event contractors, low-level administrative contacts, parking operators, information brokers, and select private security personnel
Enemies: Government investigators, rival information brokers, contractors unwilling to cooperate, Midtown Aftershock during major events, and criminal groups competing for political-event access
Weapons of Choice: Compact batons, stun devices, tactical flashlights, utility knives, weighted document cases, and concealed firearms
Brief Description: Red Tape is a uniquely Sacramento criminal crew that feeds on the vast bureaucratic ecosystem surrounding California state government. The gang exploits contractors, vendors, events, credentials, confidential documents, political gatherings, parking operations, and vulnerable administrative systems. They do not control government; they exploit the people and businesses orbiting it. Their members often appear unusually polished for a street gang, mixing tailored clothing with messenger bags, lanyards, rolled sleeves, red-line graphics, shredded-paper motifs, and crimson, white, charcoal, black, and brass colors.
RX-ALZ
Leader: Drisana “Script” Alvarez

Location/Territory: Sacramento urban core, South Sacramento, Highway 99 access corridors, warehouse districts, medical-office zones, courier hubs, and regional transportation connections toward the Bay Area, Southern California, Oregon, and the Sierra crossings
Allies: Independent couriers, underground brokers, corrupt medical-supply contacts, select smugglers, warehouse intermediaries, and black-market distributors
Enemies: Rival drug crews, law-enforcement narcotics units, thieves targeting their shipments, and gangs attempting to intercept or tax their distribution routes
Weapons of Choice: Compact stun devices, batons, utility knives, heavy flashlights, and concealed firearms
Brief Description: RX-ALZ operates as Sacramento’s illicit underground pharmacy network. Rather than specializing in a single substance, the gang brokers difficult-to-find drugs, stolen pharmaceuticals, restricted medical compounds, and other chemical products for customers willing to pay. Their reach is amplified by Sacramento’s strategic transportation position, allowing them to coordinate distribution across Northern and Southern California and beyond. Their clinical visual identity blends prescription blue, white, acid green, black, and pill-bottle orange with technical streetwear, courier bags, barcode motifs, and corrupted pharmacy-style graphics.
