In New York City's Manhattan borough, there are a handful of street gangs operate within.  A street gang is a gang made up of children, teenagers and/or young adults not to exceed 50 gang members; more than 50 members constitutes its own entry under "Gangs".

The following is a list of known street gangs in the Manhattan borough of New York City, New York in the MDU (and are not reflective, representative, nor associative of any existing or defunct gangs in the real world in any respective manner):

B-Ball Bitches

Leader: Keisha “Backboard” Bell

​

Number of Members: 28–36

​

Location/Territory: Queens basketball courts, schoolyards, rec centers, apartment-complex courts, park paths, and side streets near youth sports areas.

​

Allies: Parquor Crew, Stealbats, select park hustlers

​

Enemies: Queens Killa Krew, X-Cop Crew, rival court crews

​

Weapons of Choice: Weighted basketballs, metal training spheres, bolos, chain nets, jump ropes, short batons, heavy gym bags

​

Brief Description:
The B-Ball Bitches are a basketball-court street gang built around athletic intimidation, park dominance, and fast-moving smash-and-grab tactics. They use courts as recruiting grounds and public stages, forcing tribute from local vendors and businesses while humiliating anyone who challenges them. Their reputation is loud, physical, and theatrical: bouncing balls, circling targets, and breaking property with practiced precision.

Fire Escape Stealers

Leader: Nolan “Ladder Rat” Keane

Number of Members: 18–27

​

Location/Territory: Older Queens apartment blocks, low-rise buildings, back alleys, rooftop routes, tenement-style structures, and dense residential access points.

​

Allies: Parquor Crew, Merchanizers, select burglars and fences

​

Enemies: X-Cop Crew, Romano Rumblers, building supers and tenant patrols

​

Weapons of Choice: Crowbars, glass cutters, climbing hooks, rope, bolt cutters, short pry bars, utility knives, folding ladders

​

Brief Description:
The Fire Escape Stealers are a climbing-and-burglary crew specializing in apartment access, window theft, rooftop movement, and old-building infiltration. They treat fire escapes, ledges, rooftops, and back windows like private highways. Their name sounds almost comical until an apartment is emptied without anyone touching the front door.

Merchanizers

Leader: Carla “Dolly” Mendosa

Number of Members: 24–34

​

Location/Territory: Apartment complexes, appliance stores, warehouse loading zones, storage facilities, delivery routes, back lots, commercial strips, and moving-truck staging areas.

​

Allies: Fire Escape Stealers, Tire Iron Tagger contacts from

Manhattan, black-market warehouse fences

​

Enemies: X-Cop Crew, Queens Killa Krew, private security teams

​

Weapons of Choice: Hand trucks, moving straps, box cutters, crowbars, bolt cutters, packing tape, pallet jacks, fake invoices, scanner devices

​

Brief Description:
The Merchanizers are a fast-theft appliance and merchandise gang made up of movers, delivery workers, warehouse hands, and loading-dock criminals. They specialize in stealing bulky, high-value goods that most crews cannot move quickly: washers, dryers, stoves, microwaves, refrigerators, boxed electronics, and commercial equipment. Their strength is logistics; they can strip a property in minutes and make it look like a scheduled delivery.

Queens Killa Krew / QKK

Leader: Marcus “Q-King” Kincaid

​

Number of Members: 38–49

​

Location/Territory: High-conflict corners, transit-adjacent areas, abandoned lots, underpasses, industrial fringes, and neighborhoods where several Queens crews overlap.

​

Allies: Occasional Queenz Playaz contacts, independent enforcers, short-term street crews

​

Enemies: B-Ball Bitches, Parquor Crew, X-Cop Crew, most smaller Queens gangs

​

Weapons of Choice: Bats, chains, knives, tire irons, heavy flashlights, brass knuckles, crowbars

​

Brief Description:
The Queens Killa Krew, usually called QKK, is one of Queens’ most aggressive reputation crews. They are built around fear, numbers, hard territory control, and public intimidation. QKK thrives on escalation, making sure every challenge becomes a lesson and every insult becomes a street-level event.

Parquor Crew

Leader: Jayden “Vault” Cho

​

Number of Members: 20–31

​

Location/Territory: Rooftops, scaffolding, playgrounds, elevated train areas, schoolyards, plazas, parking structures, construction sites, and dense residential-commercial blocks.

​

Allies: B-Ball Bitches, Fire Escape Stealers, select courier thieves

​

Enemies: Queens Killa Krew, X-Cop Crew, Stealbats when park territory overlaps

​

Weapons of Choice: Short batons, bolos, weighted cords, climbing chalk, slings, smoke pellets, grappling hooks, collapsible staffs

​

Brief Description:
The Parquor Crew is a parkour-based gang of runners, jumpers, climbers, and street acrobats. They specialize in moving through places ordinary people cannot follow: rooftops, scaffolds, fences, platforms, stairwells, and crowded streets. They are fast, slippery, and almost impossible to corner.

Queenz Playaz

Leader: Monique “Queen Card” St. James

Number of Members: 26–39

​

Location/Territory: Nightlife strips, lounges, bars, party apartments, shopping districts, hotel-adjacent areas, social events, and late-night food zones.

​

Allies: QKK, select nightlife promoters, gambling-room operators

​

Enemies: Romano Rumblers, Witches of Queens, rival nightlife crews

​

Weapons of Choice: Small knives, compact batons, burner phones, marked cards, loaded dice, fake IDs, hidden cameras, blackmail files

​

Brief Description:
The Queenz Playaz are a flashy social-hustle gang built around nightlife, dating scams, party theft, illegal gambling, and social manipulation. They are image-conscious, stylish, and dangerous because they make targets lower their guard before they realize the entire room was part of the setup.

Romano Rumblers

Leader: Salvatore “Uncle Sal” Romano

​

Number of Members: 16–24 

​

Location/Territory: Old social clubs, diners, back rooms, parking lots, bocce courts, older residential blocks, garages, bakeries, and long-standing neighborhood businesses.

​

Allies: Select old fences, retired criminals, family-run back-room gambling circles

​

Enemies: Queenz Playaz, Merchanizers, X-Cop Crew, younger crews that mock them

​

Weapons of Choice: Canes, brass knuckles, baseball bats, tire irons, knives, lockboxes, safecracking tools

​

Brief Description:
The Romano Rumblers are aging former gangsters who refuse to retire from crime. Slower than they used to be but still dangerously skilled, they rely on decades of criminal instinct, neighborhood memory, safecracking knowledge, and old-school intimidation. They may not win a foot chase, but they usually know where the runner is going before the chase starts.

Stealbats

Leader: Frankie “Slugger” Betts

Number of Members: 22–33 

​

Location/Territory: Baseball diamonds, batting cages, sporting-goods stores, rec centers, school athletic facilities, dugouts, storage sheds, and park edges.

​

Allies: B-Ball Bitches, some sporting-goods fences, neighborhood vandals

​

Enemies: Parquor Crew, QKK, park security groups

​

Weapons of Choice: Baseball bats, metal bats, weighted bats, catcher’s masks, ball bags, crowbars, bolt cutters, sports duffels

​

Brief Description:
The Stealbats are a baseball-themed theft crew built around bats, batting cages, sports fields, stolen equipment, and park intimidation. They steal from athletic facilities, sporting-goods stores, school storage sheds, and parked cars near recreational sites. Youthful and destructive, they break locks, windows, doors, and egos with the same casual swing.

Witches of Queens

Leader: Maribel “Hex Mama” Cruz

​

Number of Members: 12–21

​

Location/Territory: Apartment buildings, botanicas, occult shops, flea markets, storage rooms, old basements, immigrant commercial strips, abandoned storefronts, and buildings with supernatural rumors.

​

Allies: A few artifact thieves, frightened informants, fake spiritual-service hustlers

​

Enemies: Queenz Playaz, X-Cop Crew, real occult practitioners, landlords who refuse to pay

​

Weapons of Choice: Stolen grimoires, unstable trinkets, ritual knives, powders, candles, fake curse packets, smoke bombs, antique keys, bells, chalk symbols

​

Brief Description:
The Witches of Queens are a reckless amateur occult gang using stolen magical books, artifacts, ritual objects, and half-understood spells to scare tenants, landlords, vendors, and small businesses into paying protection money. They stage hauntings, fake curses, and claim to remove evil spirits, but some of their stolen items are genuinely dangerous. Other gangs mock them until something impossible happens in a hallway at 3 AM.

X-Cop Crew

Leader: Raymond “Badgeout” Keeler

Number of Members: 19–29

​

Location/Territory: Transit-adjacent areas, courthouse edges, impound lots, security-company offices, parking structures, precinct-adjacent neighborhoods, and businesses that rely heavily on private security.

​

Allies: Select private investigators, dirty security guards, informants, black-market surveillance sellers

​

Enemies: QKK, Fire Escape Stealers, Merchanizers, Witches of Queens, legitimate police units

​

Weapons of Choice: Batons, flashlights, zip ties, radios, handcuffs, surveillance gear, body cameras, old case files, unmarked vehicles

​

Brief Description:
The X-Cop Crew is made up of disgraced former officers, failed security guards, fired transit cops, dirty private investigators, and law-enforcement washouts. They use old training, procedure knowledge, surveillance habits, and intimidation tactics against the same neighborhoods they once claimed to protect. They are hated because they know the system and know exactly how to bend it.
