Not much is known about the man, Devon Delmaso, who has since become an assassin-for-hire known at Rattlesnake. He has operated solo for the last few years and has recently hooked up with a restarted assassins guild called Death Legion.

Today, Rattlesnake continues his assassinations through Death Legion. He has no ties or relations in Death Legion and has yet to even remove his helmet.  Even the name Devon Delmaso is a name that might not even be who this person truly is...

    • Provides good physical, energy, electrical and temperate protection.

    • When activated, the armor can produce a good camouflage field on the armor surface, making him look relatively invisible; excellent camouflage at night/dark

    • Shoulder Pads provide excellent energy, electrical, physical, temperate, toxic, toxin and radiation protection and also, if the point on the spike on the pad is pierced, a typical Rattlesnake poison will be injected into the target (once per pad).

  • Enhanced exoskeleton capabilities:

    • 1x agility

    • 1x strength

    • 1x endurance

    • Can jump up 15 feet, down 35 feet and across 20 feet.

  • Helmet:

    • Excellent material protection versus physical, energy, electrical, temperate, toxic/toxin and radiation attacks.

    • Encrypted communications suite for variety of key frequencies for a max range of 100 miles.

    • Good vision filters for night vision, thermal, infra red and flash protection

    • Remarkable filtration system versus gases and particulate; can shut-off outside air supply and run on 1 hour of oxygen

    • Poison sprayer from devices on the sides of helmet; emits typical poison spray (antidotes readily available at hospitals, CDC, etc.) which can project outwards (three times per sprayer) up to 12 feet.

  • Claws:

    • Two unearthly strong material retractable gauntlet-mounted razor sharp claws.

    • Typical Rattlesnake venom (poison) can be injected through claws into target a total of 6 times per gauntlet before a refill is required

  • Tail:

    • Cybernetically-controlled fully articulated tail with a sonic rattler weapon on end

    • Tail is fully prehensile and can be used to support Rattlesnake and over 400 lbs max

    • Tail material strength is incredible, with the same Rattlesnake Armor protections and camouflage

    • Tail strength in melee combat is good in providing physical damage

    • Sonic Emitter on tail can be used to create good sonic energy damage to all in area, with poor damage to adjacent areas.

  • Electronic Scrambler:

    • Remarkable scrambler for all electronic equipment within 30 feet of his location (when activated).

  • Sonic grenades (4):

    • Typical ranked sonic energy emitting grenades that affect grenade area with feeble adjacent area damage

    • Timer can be set to run for a max of 1 minute unless destroyed or turned off

  • Smoke grenades (1):

    • Produces 2x loss of visibility for a total of 30 seconds

  • Poison Gas Grenade (1):

    • When activate, emits a typical poison gas in target area (feeble in adjacent area) over time for a max of 20-22 seconds of dispersion time

  • Fake Rattler emitter (4):

    • Sends out the 'sound' of a rattlesnake's tail rattling (distraction gizmo); does no damage.

  • Poison (10 vials/sharps):

    • Each vial contains a typical rattlesnake venom (poison) dose

    • Can be administered via included sharps

  • Storage Pouches (10):

    • Provides additional storage for other items (10 sq. inch volume per pouch)
