Founded in 2022 and headquartered in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, Choi Construction Corporation is a privately held construction and development company dedicated to delivering quality buildings, affordable housing, and sustainable improvements to the communities it serves.

History
A Foundation Built on Purpose
Choi Construction Corporation was established by Taiwanese entrepreneur Kami Choi in 2022 with the goal of addressing persistent housing and redevelopment challenges throughout Taiwan. Inspired by the ongoing need for affordable housing and community reconstruction following the devastating Soltan Invasion of 2000, the company's founding mission emphasized practical construction solutions, responsible development, and long-term community improvement.
Recognizing that successful construction operations require experienced professional leadership, Kami recruited respected civil engineering and construction executive Lu Choi to serve as Chief Executive Officer. Under Lu's direction, the corporation assembled its engineering, construction, financial, and administrative teams, establishing the professional standards necessary to undertake increasingly substantial projects.
Beginning with smaller residential and property-rehabilitation contracts in southern Taiwan, Choi Construction gradually expanded into multifamily housing, neighborhood redevelopment, community facilities, and selected commercial construction projects. By 2026, the corporation had established itself as a growing regional business known for dependable construction services and community-oriented development.
