HISTORY
Cassandra Vale began her career as a military search-and-rescue officer and crisis-response planner. Her early reputation came from leading rescue coordination during multi-national disaster operations where aircraft, ships, ground teams, medical crews, and international agencies all had to operate under extreme pressure.

She later transferred into GUARD during a period when enhanced personnel and heroic teams were becoming increasingly central to global operations. Vale became known for solving a problem many senior officers avoided: how to make powerful independent heroes function within a disciplined, ethical, multinational command structure.

She helped write the first Guardian Corps readiness standards and became one of the key architects behind cross-team certification. Her work made it possible for a Seaguardian to operate cleanly alongside Aeroguardian aviation units, for Terraguardians to coordinate with orbital overwatch, and for Moonguard personnel to integrate into Earth-based crisis operations when needed.
