HISTORY
With a PhD in Chemical Engineering, Dr. Klaus Kemal, a former decorated Captain in the US Army Biological Engineering Corp, has since gone rogue.
While stationed in Afghanistan, Captain Kemal had originally ascertained that biological 'WMDs' (Weapons of Mass Destruction) were indeed hidden in secret troves in the desert. When the Captain's team went to disable to bio WMDs, he lost them all due to booby traps. Captain Kemal was sentenced to 20 years in Leavenworth Prison for daring to 'blame' the leaders for their ineptitude (and trying to kill same said leaders with toxic gas).
Recently Kemal was 'accidentally' released from prison and has since joined the Military Order of Patriots, intent on getting retribution on the US's current administration.
Today, going by the codename Captain Kemikal, he is still with the rogue group, the Military Order of Patriots.
