History

Pa'ca was a Polynesian who self-learned nature magic capable of manipulating water . She used her new powers to dominate several Pacific Islands over 500 years ago. A Tongan island king defeated Pa'ca and used a talisman that negated her magical powers. In vengeance upon Pa'ca for killing his family and tribesmen, the king allowed the men of all of his tribes to do any untold evils upon her while she was under the king's control. This went on for months before a a higher level intervention occurred.

Pele, the Hawaiian goddess, took pity on Pa'ca's treatment, but still wanted to ensure she was punished for her crimes. As such, Pele held an 'elder god' level trial with Pa'ca, judging her of her crimes against her (Pele's) lands and people. Pele also stated that she'd heard Pa'ca's cries for justice against the evils the men had done unto her, but as far as Pele was concerned, Pa'ca would not be allowed any freedom ever again, since only vengeance colored Pa'ca's heart. As such, Pele transmutated Pa'ca into coral off the coast of New Zealand around 1200 AD, where Pa'ca remained until 2015, when the transmutation spell was countered by a witch named Malconna.

Pa'ca demanded vengeance on the king that had defeated and allowed her to be tortured, only to discover there were no tribal 'kings' anymore. To satiate her anger, she instead created a Tsunami and drowned hundreds of innocent people on a resort island in the Pacific. Pa'ca realized she wasn't as strong as she once was, only for Malconna to offer her help in not only becoming stronger, but in getting further revenge against men.

 

Pa'ca left her native waters and went with Malconna deep into Europe. There, Pa'ca trained in her powers using rivers, lakes and streams to manipulate the waters there. She also picked up a few young adepts that she started teaching the ways of the water, calling them 'Sisters of the Sea', telling them stories of the day when she'd take her newly trained adepts to the ocean and truly show them how to fully utilize their new magical powers. Sadly, on Halloween 2016, Malconna had Pa'ca, the Sisters of the Sea, and the rest of Malconna's 'Arcane Sisterhood' travel to New York City and battle this era's Knights Arcanus.

 

In the 2016 Halloween battle, Pa'ca was severely wounded thanks to nearly being eaten alive by a voracious man-eating magical plant creature called "Manny" that was a pet of one of the Knights Arcanus' members, Spring Knight. All of Pa'ca's adepts did, however, die in the battle.

 

Wounded, but not defeated Malconna has since sworn vengeance against the Knights Arcanus, dictating that Pa'ca must 'get with the program', heal herself and 'better' prepare herself for her next encounter with the knights. As such, Pa'ca is quickly realizing that her place amongst Malconna's sisterhood may not be the best move for her, but with Malconna's watchful eye upon her, Pa'ca knows she can't just abandoned the 'sisterhood'...at least, not right now. Given the right opportunity, Pa'ca wants to escape the sisterhood so she can her revenge against all men in the Pacific region, subjugate them, make them suffer as she did and then, take over the lands and waters of the Pacific region making herself the Queen of the Pacific...but only after she figures out 'how' she's going to be able to perform all this!

    • As a result of being transmuted into an inanimate object for hundreds of years, their physical bodies are disfigures, patched with dead/damaged skin, have magical energy tears in their skin and unhealable skin discolorations.

      • Poor physical body armor versus magical, physical, energy, toxic/toxin, temperate and radiation damage

      • Radiant energy 'tears' in their skin that glow a feeble glow
