History
Nothing is known about him until the day he showed up in 2017 next to the hidden door of the secretive villainous lair of the Condor Legion.
When asked, this particular intruder of a man who stood before them, sporting radiation symbols on his unique armor, stated he did not want to fight them, but only wanted to ask one question, and if wasn't the one he hoped for, he would leave without incident and the base's secret would be kept until his deathbed. When asked what the question was by an AK-47 guard adorned in a red, gold and black uniform, Rogue Rontgen asked, 'would you ever demand any of your troops to be exposed to radiation for the good of the legion?'. Condor Commander, the leader of the Condor Legion stepped out of the shadows and stated, "I would NEVER expect my men or women to be exposed to radiation, unless they themselves, offered to do so voluntarily or only for the safety of the world. Does that appease your questioned concern?".

The unknown figure that was rogue Rontgen them dropped to his knee and said, "I have kept myself from people since the accident which gave me radiation-based powers, all to learn to control these powers. Know this: I will NEVER knowingly harm any in this legion, or for that matter, any others whom you all deem worthy, family or friends. I will, however, submit to the legion to combat the western democratic forces that took away the only one I loved, who sent me to die in a pool of radioactive water and who, to this day, continue to do the same to our fellow countrymen and comrades. I submit myself, the Rogue Rontgen, to the Condor Legion as your fellow warrior and comrade."

After a long silent moment, Condor Commander knelt down to Rogue Rontgen and said, "Stand, comrade! We are all equal here! We are all victims of the west and their degenerate way of life! You are among family now, comrade! Let us rejoice and welcome the Rogue Rontgen to our legion!"

After accolades, festivities and a tour of the facility, Rogue Rontgen was thoroughly checked out. Rogue Rontgen could take off his armor, but told the doctors that he still leaks residual (far below normal) radiation levels...and that the sight of his irradiated body may cause them trauma. Nonetheless, the doctors and scientists all agreed that Rogue Rontgen was safe to be amongst the legionnaires. When they next tested his powers, they were even more amazed at the level of control he had over the radiation, by being able to not only control the level and degree of the radioactive damage, but that he could 'turn off' the radiation at will, preventing any and all from any potential damage over time should he so choose.

Today, Rogue Rontgen continues to fight beside the Condor Legion. He is very protective of the legion and considers all of them family, almost to the degree of heroic rescues of even the lowest ranking legionnaires. He has not let anyone see him without his suit on and has his own lead-lined concrete bunker of a quarters to sleep and stay in. The room' shielding does not allow anyone any 'leaked' radiation, nor detection from even the best sensors in the world. He can control his radiation so that he cannot be detected until he turns his power 'on'.

On a side note, there are a few times that an eerie echo could be heard down the hall where Rogue Rontgen was last seen walking. On these occasions, it has been note to hear a barely audible whisper of an old German nursery rhyme...a nursery rhyme that some parents, back in the early 20th century, used to sing to their young children before tucking them into bed at night...

He can compound this up to 4 times (4 levels) (with a corresponding several seconds of concentration per level) before his own armor has starts to become damaged and he begins to leak radiation through tears in his suit.

Rogue Rontgen pummels his target with a deadly smashing attack dealing remarkable radiation AND physical damage, as well as providing a 30% chance of becoming irradiated with typical levels of radiation for the next minute of time

In addition, hitting the target with this power helps heal Rogue Rontgen at an incredible rate for the next several seconds of time.

Rogue Rontgen can siphon-off amazing amounts of radiation per several seconds. He can store/siphon, at maximum siphoning rate, for a minute, but only has a minute longer before any additional radiation more than this expels in a single burst (i.e., if he stored an unearthly amount of radiation, he's okay, but anything more than unearthly, and he'd only have a minute's time to expel the excess or that excess with explode out from him for full radiation damage to all within the blast radius).
