History
Very little is known about the Red Trooper.

What is known in that he once served as a Rhode Island State Trooper sometime in the last decade or so and that whatever record he has/had has been transferred to the National Department of Justice and sealed under Presidential Order.
​
When the Peacekeepers National Police Organization was formed as a result of the Peacekeepers Act, Red Trooper was one of the first to join (founding member).
Since then, he's quietly executed his duties with no drama, no emotion and no complaints. He is a true man of action, using deductive reasoning, tactical training and what seems an innate fearlessness going into any situation. He is cordial to people, especially his fellow police officers and Peacekeepers. He's performed what is considered to be 'random acts of kindness' especially to children and his Peacekeeper teammates. When asked what his 'real' name is, he only states "Red".
Red rarely speaks and rarely takes off his helmet. When engaged in conversation, he pays explicit attention to every word said to him, always with the feeling that he's 'mentally recording' all that is said. To that extent, Red's ability to recall details borders on the uncanny.
Today, Red Trooper continues his duties with the Peacekeepers. His is still his intense, 'attention to detail' self. He's become more of a comrade then a friend in the truest sense of the word, to his fellow Peacekeepers, and is still an enigma to even his teammates.
